TREKKING TO BEAS KUND (6 Days) |

Beas Kund is a lake named after the
legendary rishi Beas who used to take
bath here. The place is holy for the
Hindus. Adding to the attraction is
that to-date nobody has determined how
deep is the lake; previous attempts
seemed to meet some sad fate. |

TREKKING: GANGOTRI-TAPOVAN (14 Days) |

Gangotri is a world famous point from
where the river Ganges originates.
Till the yesteryears pilgrims could
reach here only after a long walk
filled with hardships. But now a
motorway reaches right up to the
temple. The main point from where
Ganges rises is 18 kms from here. This
place is called Gaumukh. At least half
the people visiting Gangotri visit
Gaumukh. |

TREKKING HARI-KI - DUN (12 Days) |

This trek takes you to the pristine
high valleys of Garhwal Himalayas.
Har-ki-dun in Hindi means God's
Valley. This trek gives enough time to
appreciate the wild roses, irises,
chestnut, sycamore, deodar trees amid
alpine pasture, where you could find
rare Himalayan birds such as the
Paradise Fly Catcher, Fork Tail Fly
Catcher and Monal. From the beautiful
Har-ki-dun Valley, we move ahead to
Ruinsara Tal located at the base of
the black-peaked mountain of
Swargarohini. In this Valley resides a
community of polyandrous family
system: two or more than two brothers
can have one common wife. |

TREKKING: THE VALLEY OF FLOWERS (9 Days) |

The valley was “discovered” by the
Frank Smythe, a British mountaineer in
1931. The expedition team crossed the
Bhyundar Pass intent on forging a new
route through the mountains back to
Joshimath. As they descended into the
valley, the clouds lifted, revealing
alpine meadows carpeted with
wildflowers. The many hundreds of
flowering species lead Smythe to refer
to the Bhyundar Valley as the “ Valley
of Flowers”. |

one. But now Tso Kar is salty while
Tso Moriri is fresh, a point to

HIGH ALTITUDE TREKKING TO KANGA-LA

This trek covers the interior and
largely untouched area that starts
from Manali to Lahaul valley & onwards
the Mayad Valley near Keylong. The
valley is remarkably beautiful, full
of wildrivers & chilling streams. It
is sometimes referred to as the Land
of Lord Shiva & the Flying Monk. The
Pandavas were here once upon a time,
leaving imprints of their presence.
The plant and wildlife is rich. The
best season to watch the flowers
